Purchase pieces directly from this website during our next drop. Check the homepage for our next drop date. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for notifications about upcoming drops. We restock our website at least one Saturday a month.

How do your monthly sales work?

Items are uploaded onto our website on Saturday at 12pm Mountain Standard Time.

When will I receive my item and tracking information? 

Items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Tracking information is sent to the email that’s provided at checkout; this is typically sent before the item is shipped and will update as the items are scanned in at the courier's locations. Find more shipping info here.

My piece is broken, can it be fixed?

In most cases we can, but we have a specific process for how we offer repairs. Find our repairs policy here. Please do not attempt to put any glue, tapes, or adhesives on the glass if you plan on sending it to us. We recommend not using it, no matter the break, just to not risk further damage.

Payment options accepted?

All major credit cards, Paypal, or Afterpay.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not, however, Afterpay is available to use as a buy now pay later option. We recommend you familiarize yourself with Afterpay’s terms of service before using it to purchase.

Do all your tubes come with a matching slide?

Not all of them do, please check the description of your item to verify if it does or does not include a slide.

What different size tubes do you offer?

Our tubes come in a few different sizes and options. We recommend checking out our catalog to get more acquainted with our designs, size, and functions options. We also show some function and our various designs on our Instagram feed.

How much do your tubes cost?

We have different designs ranging from $335-$1500+. Check out the Catalog page to get an idea of cost for the piece you’re looking at.

What joint sizes do you offer?

Our larger tubes are 19mm joints made to fit a slide. We offer one “nano” size with a 10mm joint to be fitted with a banger. Check out our Catalog page will give more specific descriptions of each design.

How much water should I put in my piece?

Water levels are a personal preference. For the finest experience possible, play around with the water levels to see what feels and functions best for you.

Do you take returns or offer refunds?

No, we do not offer returns or refunds. If there is any issue with your purchase (ie. arrives broken) please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do what we can to accommodate the issues. Read more about our policy here.

Do you take wholesale orders?

We do not take wholesale orders currently. If you are a shop or gallery we have worked with in the past and are interested, shoot us an email, we may have extra inventory to offer.
