Shipping Policy

Thanks for placing an order with us!

• All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Unless specified otherwise.

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Any questions about your order should be directed to Sales@MHPercolations.com. 

• Shipping is available via USPS. Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time varies, based on the carrier.

• Tracking information will be sent via contact information provided during checkout. Typically this is sent before the item is shipped, and will update as the items are scanned in at the courier's locations.

• For international customers: We are happy to ship to most places in the world. Your international order will include a shipping fee of $75 – we use this as an estimate to cover the high cost of shipping glass safely overseas. Once we get the actual cost of shipping to your location via the carrier service, we will refund any extra shipping accordingly.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns. If your order arrives damaged, you need to email Sales@MHPercolations.com within 48 hours to notify us of the problem so we can do what we can to accommodate the issue.

In order to avoid confusion, please look at our Catalog page to review our designs and prices. Please read the description of the piece before purchasing.

Please note: The Mountain High Percolations website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. Photos may not accurately depict slight imperfections or misalignments. Products are sold as is, and all purchases are final and nonrefundable.
